We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can lead the execution of digital campaigns, improve lead generation, and build scalable marketing systems that support business expansion. Position Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role focuses on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement through content marketing, paid advertising, search engine optimization, and marketing automation. You will work closely with leadership, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives generate qualified leads and measurable return on investment. Key Areas of Ownership Manage and optimize digital marketing strategy across multiple channels Collaborate with and manage the in-house Content Specialist Oversee paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads and Meta platforms Own technical SEO, local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization Build and maintain CRM automation sequences for lead nurturing and follow-up Track and analyze marketing KPIs and campaign performance Coordinate with external vendors and marketing partners Align marketing initiatives with sales goals and business objectives Core Responsibilities Lead content execution and social media engagement strategies Optimize paid campaign performance through budget management and A/B testing Implement SEO best practices to maximize organic and local search visibility Build automated marketing workflows that improve lead conversion and retention Partner with sales to align messaging, offers, and lead quality expectations Identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks between marketing, sales, and operations Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights for leadership Continuously improve marketing campaigns, workflows, and marketing systems Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns Strong understanding of SEO and local search optimization Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong project management and organizational abilities Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Experience Experience managing multi-channel lead generation campaigns Familiarity with Google Business Profile optimization Experience coordinating with content teams, agencies, or vendors Background in home services, construction, or service-based businesses is a plus What Success Looks Like in This Role Consistent execution of high-performing marketing campaigns Improved digital visibility through SEO and local search optimization Strong collaboration between marketing, sales, and operations teams Measurable improvements in lead generation and campaign performance Scalable marketing systems that support long-term business growth
