We are looking for an experienced ClickUp specialist to help us fully set up and optimize our ClickUp project management platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience implementing ClickUp for growing teams, migrating data from other platforms, and building workflows that improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities Configure and optimize ClickUp workspaces, spaces, folders, and task structures Migrate data from: Confluence Google Drive Other existing systems Set up automations, workflows, dashboards, and reporting Integrate ClickUp with our existing tools (Google Workspace and other platforms) Create documentation and internal process guides Train our staff and managers on how to properly use ClickUp Ensure the system is structured for scalability and team collaboration Requirements Proven experience implementing ClickUp for teams or organizations Experience with data migration and workspace restructuring Strong understanding of ClickUp automations, integrations, and dashboards Ability to translate operational workflows into structured project management systems Experience training teams and providing clear onboarding documentation Strong communication and organizational skills Project Scope Initial setup and migration Workflow automation and integrations Staff training and documentation We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire ClickUp setup and ensure our team is properly onboarded and using the platform effectively.
