Hi I’m looking for a freelancer to help set up a relatively simple CRM integration and permissions structure for our partner sales programme. **Overview** We currently use **Ontraport** as our core CRM and automation system. We want to push certain leads into **HubSpot**, where external partners will manage those deals through a pipeline. The goal is that partners can log into HubSpot and **only see and manage the deals assigned to them**, while we retain full reporting across all partners. --- **What we want to achieve** 1. When a lead/customer in Ontraport reaches a specific stage (e.g. they agree to work with a partner), a **Zap via Zapier** creates: * A **Contact** in HubSpot * A **Deal** in HubSpot within a specific pipeline * The deal is **assigned to the relevant partner (HubSpot user)** 2. Each partner will have a **HubSpot login** with permissions restricted so they can: * Only see **contacts and deals assigned to them** * Update deal stages in the pipeline * Add notes or activity on their own deals 3. Internally, we need to be able to: * View **all deals across all partners** * Run reports on **partner performance** * Track pipeline value and conversions per partner --- **Scope of work** We’d like help with: • Designing the best structure between Ontraport → Zapier → HubSpot • Setting up the **Zapier integration** to create/update contacts and deals • Creating the **HubSpot pipeline(s)** for partner deals • Configuring **HubSpot user roles and permissions** so partners only see their own records • Advising on the **best fields / deal properties** to capture partner attribution • Basic reporting setup in HubSpot (pipeline and partner reporting) --- **Additional context** This is the first version of a partner CRM system. We expect it to grow over time, but for now the goal is simply: * Leads generated and managed in Ontraport * Relevant leads pushed to HubSpot * Partners manage their own deals there * We maintain central reporting --- **Deliverables** Ideally the project would include: * Integration setup * HubSpot pipeline configuration * Permission configuration for partner users * Basic reporting dashboards * Short documentation or walkthrough --- **Please include in your reply** • Relevant experience with **Ontraport, HubSpot and Zapier** • Estimated time to complete • Approximate cost • Any suggestions for improving the architecture Thanks, Sam
