What We’re Looking For We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of F&O integrations within our organization and client environments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O architecture, data entities, integration frameworks, and finance processes. They should demonstrate strong technical and functional expertise, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, automated solutions integrated with AI-driven financial platforms such as Vic.ai. Job Responsibilities / Key Activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations integrations tailored to client financial and operational requirements. Lead integration initiatives between Dynamics 365 F&O and external platforms, including AI-driven accounts payable automation systems such as Vic.ai and AlphaGroup.ai’s Native Application Platform (NAP). Define and implement data synchronization processes for financial master data and transactional records, including vendors, purchase orders, invoices, GL accounts, and financial dimensions. Leverage F&O integration frameworks, including: - Data Entities - OData services - Business Events - Data Management Framework (DMF) - Azure-based integrations Conduct technical architecture reviews, system configuration, and end-to-end testing to ensure reliable and scalable integrations across enterprise systems. Collaborate with AlphaGroup.ai engineering teams to support AI-driven connector development within the NAP platform, including automated data mapping, connector generation, and workflow automation. Provide expert guidance to internal teams and clients on Dynamics 365 F&O best practices, including security, performance optimization, and integration architecture. Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and knowledge-sharing materials to support consistent implementation and scalability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ERP integration performance, AP automation workflows, and financial data accuracy. Support troubleshooting and optimization of integrations involving webhooks, API-based data synchronization, and automated invoice processing workflows. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including implementation, configuration, customization, and integration. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O finance modules, including: Accounts Payable General Ledger Procurement & Sourcing Financial Dimensions Vendor Management Experience with F&O integration technologies, including: Data Entities and OData APIs Data Management Framework (DMF) Business Events and event-driven architecture Azure Logic Apps / Service Bus / API Management Proven experience integrating ERP systems with external platforms, middleware, or AI-driven finance automation solutions. Familiarity with OAuth authentication, Azure Active Directory, and secure API integrations. Experience with integration platforms, middleware, or low-code integration frameworks is preferred. Microsoft Dynamics certifications (Finance Functional Consultant, Solution Architect, or Developer certifications) are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to ERP integration challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, product, and business teams.
