I’m building Norvella, a premium automation and consultancy firm that helps businesses capture more leads, respond faster, and track performance through clean integrations and reporting. I’m looking for a reliable builder to help me deliver client systems using n8n and common APIs. What you’ll build WhatsApp messaging workflows (inbound, qualification, follow-up, handoff) Call flows (missed call capture, call logging, transcripts where needed, callbacks) CRM integrations (HubSpot / Pipedrive / Zoho or Google Sheets as a simple CRM) Data logging to a database (Postgres/Supabase) so we can report on outcomes Basic reporting dashboards (Retool / Looker Studio / simple client portal) What I care about Clean, readable workflows and documentation Structured data and good error handling Security basics (secrets, permissions, least access) Fast communication and realistic timelines How we’ll work This starts as project-based work on paid pilots. If it’s a good fit, it can become ongoing monthly work as we scale. I’ll provide clear requirements, access to tools, and quick feedback so you can ship.
