We are a growing SaaS + hardware company in the fleet management / telematics industry operating across North America, LATAM, and EMEA. Our platform includes fleet cameras, GPS tracking, asset tracking, and software used by enterprise fleets.
We are launching a 4-week automation and operational efficiency initiative to redesign workflows, implement automation, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across our organization.
We are looking for an experienced Automation Program Lead to run this initiative.
This person will coordinate technical specialists, map workflows, prioritize automation opportunities, and deliver a structured transformation plan.
Primary Goal
Over the next 4 weeks we want to:
• Identify automation opportunities across departments
• Simplify operational workflows
• Implement initial automations
• Build a backlog of automation projects
• Identify organizational efficiency opportunities
Responsibilities
Workflow Analysis
• Map operational workflows across sales, support, customer success, installations, and finance
• Identify manual processes, duplicate work, and inefficiencies
• Quantify labor hours and cycle times
Automation Roadmap
• Build a prioritized automation backlog
• Score automation opportunities based on ROI and implementation effort
• Define weekly automation releases
Program Coordination
• Manage a small team of automation specialists working in parallel
• Coordinate Zoho system architecture improvements
• Oversee automation implementation
Delivery & Documentation
• Produce workflow diagrams (current state and future state)
• Document automation designs and SOPs
• Deliver a final operational efficiency report and transformation roadmap
Ideal Candidate
• Experience running automation or digital transformation projects
• Strong operations and systems thinking
• Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or similar
• Ability to manage technical specialists and coordinate multiple workstreams
Nice to Have
• Experience with Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Desk, Books, Inventory)
• Experience implementing automation in SaaS or operations environments

Engagement
• 20–30 hours per week
• 4-week engagement with potential extension
• Must be comfortable working collaboratively with multiple specialists
