We are a SaaS + hardware company in the fleet management and telematics industry using the Zoho ecosystem as our core operational platform. Our stack includes: • Zoho CRM • Zoho Desk • Zoho Books • Zoho Inventory We are looking for an experienced Zoho Systems Architect to help redesign and automate our CRM and operational workflows. Responsibilities CRM Optimization • Review CRM structure (modules, fields, pipelines, automation rules) • Improve lead routing, opportunity workflows, and lifecycle stages • Reduce manual data entry and duplicate work Support & Customer Success Workflows • Optimize Zoho Desk ticket triage and routing • Implement macros, automation rules, and escalation workflows • Improve customer lifecycle tracking Finance & Operational Workflows • Review Zoho Books and Inventory workflows • Identify opportunities to automate billing and operational processes • Reduce manual reconciliation tasks Reporting • Build dashboards for: – sales pipeline – operational performance – ticket volumes – revenue reporting Deliverables • CRM workflow redesign recommendations • Automation rules implemented within Zoho • Standardized dashboards and reporting • Documentation of system architecture and automation rules Ideal Candidate • Deep experience implementing Zoho CRM / Desk / Books • Strong understanding of operational workflows • Experience designing scalable CRM architectures • Ability to simplify complex workflows Nice to Have • Experience integrating Zoho with automation platforms (Make.com, n8n, APIs) Engagement • 15–25 hours per week • Initial 4-week engagement • Potential for longer-term work Application Instructions Please include: Examples of Zoho CRM implementations you have designed Screenshots or Loom videos of automation workflows you built Experience with Zoho Desk or Zoho Books We are looking for someone who can simplify systems and implement automation quickly.
