We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to build workflow automations that connect our operational systems. Our company provides fleet management software and hardware solutions across multiple regions. We are looking to automate operational workflows and reduce manual administrative work. Responsibilities Workflow Automation • Build automations using Make.com or n8n • Connect CRM, support, finance, and operational tools • Automate multi-step workflows across systems Examples of Automations • Lead routing and sales workflow automation • Ticket triage and escalation automation • Installation scheduling and operational coordination workflows • Automated reporting and data synchronization Integration Development • Implement API integrations between platforms • Use webhooks and event-based automation • Ensure reliability with retry logic and error handling Documentation • Document workflows and system logic • Provide clear instructions for future maintenance Ideal Candidate • Strong experience with Make.com or n8n • Experience building API integrations • Familiar with CRM and operational workflows • Comfortable working with structured automation programs Nice to Have • Experience with Zoho ecosystem • Experience with SaaS companies or operational automation Deliverables • Automated workflows deployed and tested • Error handling and monitoring implemented • Documentation of all automation flows Engagement • 20–40 hours per week • Initial 4-week engagement with potential extension Application Instructions Please include: Examples of automations you have built Screenshots or videos of workflows Tools you have used (Make, n8n, Zapier, APIs) We are looking for engineers who can deliver working automations quickly.
