We are seeking an experienced Product Manager / Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for building a technology platform to support business planning & analysis for a pre-seed startup. This is a short-term deliverable based project (not hourly contract) with scope of work / deliverables as outlined below, to be completed within 3-5 weeks: 1. Translate business requirements from the founder (through discussions) into a polished Product Requirement document that clearly outlines various modules in the product and related features. 2. Build the product roadmap indicating the sequence & timeline of modules / features to be built considering the business priority & needs. 3. Define the build vs buy choice on the various features. In case of a buy choice, identify the best potential vendor / supplier for the technology (high level analysis only). 4. Estimate the high level costing (capex & opex) for building & running the technology platform over the next 2 years. 5. Define the overall technical solution architecture for the product requirements defined above. 6. Define the technology team head count, skill set & team structure needed to deliver, maintain & support the tech platform over the next 2 years. 7. Create visual mock-ups of the app, webpages and dashboards using figma, etc. The candidate must be a hands-on person with ability to create mock-ups, MVPs independently with traditional methods as well as using AI. Prior experience creating high volume real-time transaction systems will be helpful. The candidate should be well versed with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), android, iOS, RPA, GenAI, Voice AI and Agentic AI technologies. While the initial project is deliverable based, the role can also transform into a full-time / contract position to build the technology platform, if the candidate is found suitable. He / she will have the opportunity to drive innovation and create scalable solutions in a fast-emerging field.
