We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Virtual Assistant with strong GoHighLevel (GHL) expertise to support the backend of a growing online coaching business in the personal development / coaching space. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, highly technical, and experienced building and managing marketing systems inside GHL. Key Responsibilities -GoHighLevel System Management -Build and manage funnels, landing pages and pipelines inside GHL -Set up automations, workflows and tagging systems -Manage CRM organization and lead pipelines -Integrate forms, calendars, emails and automations Marketing Tech Support -Implement lead magnets and opt-in funnels -Connect email sequences and nurture campaigns (the email marketing is managed by another VA) -Support launch funnels and evergreen funnels -Troubleshoot technical issues inside GHL System Optimization -Organize tags, triggers and automations for clean lead tracking -Ensure smooth lead flow from opt-in to call booking -Maintain backend systems clean, organized and scalable Requirements -Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) -Experience building funnels, automations and CRM systems -Familiar with online coaching / digital product businesses -Fluent in English -Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills -Able to work in time zones aligned with US or Australia Ideal Candidate You are someone who: -Loves systems and backend organization -Has helped coaches or online businesses scale their marketing systems -Can think strategically about lead flow and automation -Is reliable and proactive How to Apply Please apply with a Loom video.
