Auditor Training Online (ATOL) is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns for our professional education business. ATOL provides online training for ISO auditors, compliance professionals, and leaders working with international standards and management systems. This role focuses on coordinating marketing activities across multiple digital channels, ensuring campaigns and content are scheduled, published, and monitored effectively. Our audience consists primarily of professionals working in auditing, governance, and standards-based industries, so our marketing style is professional, educational, and insight-driven rather than consumer or lifestyle marketing. (But we still have some personality!) You will work closely with ATOL’s leadership team to coordinate campaign delivery, manage digital content, and track performance metrics. This role requires someone who can work autonomously, communicate clearly, and manage marketing workflows through project management systems. Key Responsibilities *Campaign & Content Coordination *Schedule and publish digital content including blog articles, social posts, newsletters, podcasts, webinars, and promotional campaigns. *Maintain campaign calendars and marketing workflows using tools such as Asana and HubSpot. *Format and upload ATOL-provided content including blog articles, testimonials, case studies, and supporting graphics. Social Media Marketing *Coordinate ATOL’s social media publishing schedule, primarily focused on LinkedIn. *Create supporting graphics using Canva. *Monitor engagement trends and audience interactions. *Prepare reports on social media performance and audience engagement. Campaign Support *Coordinating marketing campaigns such as course launches, seasonal promotions, and webinars. *Coordinate website updates including banners, landing pages, promotional messaging, and event pages where required. Marketing Automation & Lead Support *Assist with EDM formatting, scheduling, and distribution. *Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics. Reporting & Performance Monitoring *Provide regular project updates through Asana and monthly marketing team meetings *Prepare periodic reports summarising marketing activity, social engagement trends, website traffic patterns, and EDM performance. *Identify opportunities for improvement or optimisation of marketing activities. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Applicants must demonstrate experience in the following areas: *Recent experience using HubSpot Marketing tools *Ability to manage projects independently and communicate clearly with leadership *Graphic design capability (portfolio desirable) *Experience using Canva *Experience marketing to professional services or higher education audiences *LinkedIn-focused marketing experience *Excellent written communication skills *Ability to provide task and project updates through Asana *Experience analysing social media analytics and reporting on trends *Must be comfortable providing structured project updates and communicating asynchronously with the leadership team.
