We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Expert to help us repair and stabilize our self-hosted Odoo system and assist with building a few important workflows that will support our business operations. Some work has already been completed by a previous Odoo expert, but the database migration appears to have been done incorrectly and the system currently has bugs and operational issues. We are looking for someone who can diagnose the system, fix the underlying issues, and help us stabilize the platform for daily use. Beyond fixing the current problems, we would also like to set up a few functional workflows inside Odoo that will improve our sales and operational processes. Scope of Work 1. Repair & Stabilize Odoo Instance • Diagnose issues in the self-hosted Odoo database • Fix problems caused by improper migration • Remove system bugs and unnecessary error pop-ups • Ensure smooth and stable system operation • Improve system reliability for daily use 2. Landing Page Setup for Lead Generation • Create a landing page within Odoo (or connected environment) • This page will be used for video-based sales lead generation • Ensure lead capture connects properly into our CRM/workflow 3. Workflow Automation • Build a quotation automation workflow for an export-oriented business • Automate parts of the quote generation and documentation process 4. Odoo System Optimization • Help us better understand how to use Odoo more effectively • Suggest improvements or best practices • Assist with configuring modules that improve our operational efficiency We are looking for someone who: • Has strong hands-on experience with Odoo (development + configuration) • Has experience working with self-hosted Odoo deployments • Can diagnose database and migration issues • Understands business workflows and automation • Communicates clearly and works independently Ideal Experience • Odoo backend development • Odoo database debugging • ERP workflow automation • CRM and quotation workflow setup • Experience with self-hosted Odoo environments
