Seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot / AI Automation Consultant to assist with a short-term project improving an existing AI-powered document automation workflow. Our system uses Copilot Studio, SharePoint, and Power Automate to generate structured proposal and report documents for an engineering firm. The core architecture is already implemented. We need specialist help refining several technical areas. Scope includes: • Improving SharePoint retrieval/search reliability for Copilot knowledge sources • Prompt engineering to generate professional engineering-grade content • Reviewing and stabilising a JSON schema used to transfer AI output into Word templates • Advising on formatting and structured text insertion using Power Automate This is a targeted consulting engagement (approx. 10–15 days) focused on technical optimisation rather than building the system from scratch.
