Job Description We are looking for a high-level AI automation builder with strong experience in n8n, GoHighLevel, and Manus to join our team. This role is unique because you will be working across two sides of our company: Our AI Consulting Agency where we build advanced automation systems for real clients Our AI Education Platform where we teach others how to build AI automations and workflows You must be someone who is technical, fast, organized, and comfortable building complex automation systems. What You’ll Be Doing For Our AI Agency • Build automation workflows using n8n • Build CRM automations and systems using GoHighLevel • Create AI-powered workflows using Manus • Automate business operations for clients • Build systems like lead routing, automated follow-ups, AI receptionists, CRM pipelines, and booking automations • Integrate tools using APIs, webhooks, OpenAI, SMS, email, Slack, Airtable, and other platforms Clients we work with include medical practices, law firms, mortgage companies, and other high-value businesses. For Our AI Education Platform • Record step-by-step build tutorials showing how automations are created • Host live workflow building classes • Help create automation templates and case studies for students • Teach frameworks for building AI automations and business systems Examples of Systems You May Build • AI lead qualification systems • AI receptionists and call routing workflows • CRM automation and pipeline management • Lead scraping and outreach automation • AI chatbot and SMS systems • Automated booking and follow-up systems • Internal business automation systems Requirements • Strong experience with n8n • Strong experience with GoHighLevel • Experience using Manus for AI workflows or automation • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and integrations • Experience building advanced automation workflows • Ability to explain builds clearly during recordings or live classes Bonus Skills • Experience building AI agents • Experience with OpenAI integrations • Experience building AI callers / AI receptionists • Experience with Zapier, Make, or other automation platforms • Experience creating technical tutorials or online course content What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who can become a core builder on our automation team, helping us build systems for clients while also helping teach our students how to build these systems themselves. You will be working on real automation projects across multiple industries.
