Job Description We are looking to hire a Student Success Manager to help manage and support students inside our AI Consulting Bootcamp. Your role will be to make sure students stay on track, engaged, and progressing through the program. You will act as their accountability partner, helping guide them through the course and making sure they complete the program successfully. This role combines community management, student support, and building simple systems/automations to keep everything organized. What You’ll Be Doing • Contact students weekly to check in on their progress • Make sure students are on track with course modules and assignments • Create Typeforms and surveys to track progress and feedback • Build systems to track who is completing the course and who is falling behind • Help create a structured student accountability system • Manage communication inside our community (Slack / Discord / Skool / etc.) • Help answer student questions and guide them to the right resources • Work with our team to improve the student experience and completion rates Systems You May Help Set Up • Weekly student progress check-ins • Automated reminders for unfinished modules • Typeform progress reports • Student tracking dashboards • Community engagement systems • Accountability systems to keep students progressing Who We’re Looking For • Very organized and proactive • Good at communicating with people and keeping them accountable • Comfortable managing online communities or courses • Experience with tools like Typeform, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Discord, or Skool • Someone who can help build simple systems and automations to keep things running smoothly Bonus Skills • Experience working with online courses or bootcamps • Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n • Experience managing student communities or coaching programs Your Main Goal Your goal is simple: help students actually finish the program and succeed. You’ll be the person making sure students stay accountable and the course runs smoothly.
