We are seeking an experienced Airtable expert to design and build a robust inventory management database with integrated AI-powered features. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Airtable architecture, automation, and integrations, and be capable of creating a scalable system that streamlines inventory tracking, reporting, and intelligent insights. Key Responsibilities Design and develop a custom inventory database in Airtable from scratch. Structure tables, relationships, views, and fields for efficient inventory tracking and management. Implement automations and workflows to streamline inventory updates, alerts, and reporting. Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., automated categorization, smart summaries, predictive insights, or chatbot-style queries). Connect Airtable with third-party tools and APIs if needed (Zapier, Make, OpenAI, etc.). Create user-friendly dashboards and views for different stakeholders. Ensure the system is scalable, organized, and easy to maintain. Document the database structure and provide brief training or guidance for internal users. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience building complex Airtable databases. Strong knowledge of Airtable automation, scripting, and integrations. Experience implementing AI features within workflows or databases. Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools (Zapier, Make, custom scripts). Ability to design clean, efficient database architecture. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience building inventory, asset management, or operations systems. Experience integrating OpenAI or other AI services into business tools. Knowledge of low-code / no-code ecosystems. Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization.
