Email Deliverability Specialist Needed for Cold Outreach Infrastructure Overview • We are looking for an experienced Email Deliverability Specialist to help us optimise and maintain a cold email outreach infrastructure. • Our team runs outbound campaigns targeting UK businesses, and we want to ensure our email system is set up correctly to maximise inbox placement, sender reputation, and long■term deliverability. • We already have an outreach system in place and are looking for someone who can audit, optimise, and monitor our deliverability setup to ensure campaigns run smoothly and safely at scale. • This role may begin as a short project but has strong potential for ongoing support. Current Email Stack • Our current outreach setup includes Instantly, dedicated sending domains, multiple sending inboxes, cold outreach sequences, and AI■generated personalised messaging. • Emails are sent to B2B decision makers across multiple industries. • We want to ensure the infrastructure behind this outreach is robust, compliant, and optimised for inbox delivery. What We Need Help With • Deliverability Audit – review our current setup and identify issues affecting inbox placement including domain configuration, inbox reputation, spam filtering risks, authentication records, and sending patterns. • DNS & Email Authentication Setup – verify and optimise SPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking domains, and sending domain configuration following deliverability best practices. • Sending Infrastructure Optimisation – advise on sending domains, inbox rotation strategy, safe sending volume, domain segmentation, and reply handling to maintain strong domain health. • Email Warm■Up Strategy – review warm■up tools, sending ramp■up schedules, and reputation management. • Spam & Inbox Placement Monitoring – help track spam placement, inbox placement, bounce rates, complaint rates, and domain reputation. • Cold Email Best Practices – provide guidance on safe sending limits, inbox rotation, copy risks that affect spam filtering, and maintaining deliverability over time. Ideal Candidate • Strong experience with cold email deliverability, outbound email infrastructure, Instantly or similar platforms, and B2B cold outreach systems. • Comfortable working with DNS records, Google Workspace or Outlook inboxes, domain reputation tools, and inbox warm■up platforms. Bonus Experience • Experience with large■scale outbound campaigns, multi■domain sending infrastructure, Clay or outbound lead generation tools, and email personalisation workflows. Deliverables • A fully optimised outreach email infrastructure, improved inbox placement rates, a documented sending strategy, and recommendations for scaling outreach safely.
