Summary Job Title: AI Content & Social Media Operations Specialist (GPT, Metricool, Trello) About the company We are a technology consulting company specialized in artificial intelligence and automation. We help companies design and implement AI-powered systems that optimize processes, automate customer communication, and improve operational efficiency. Our projects are developed together with an internal team that includes: * Marketing team * Community manager * Video editors * Founders Our content strategy is mainly focused on: * LinkedIn * Instagram * YouTube * TikTok * Podcast We are looking for someone who can manage content operations and coordinate content production using AI tools. Mandatory Technical Skills All candidates must have knowledge in two key areas. 1. AI-Assisted Content Creation The candidate will use AI tools (mainly GPTs that we have already created internally) to generate content. Tasks include: * Creating social media copy using a GPT * Creating YouTube video scripts * Creating podcast scripts * Creating Reels and short-form video scripts * Turning ideas or concepts into structured content The goal is not to write everything manually, but to use AI tools efficiently to produce content. 2. Social Media Operations & Management The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating daily content operations.
