We are looking for an experienced email infrastructure specialist to set up and optimize our email system for a digital coaching business. Our goal is to ensure high deliverability, avoid spam folders, and build a clean system for email marketing and automation. This is a technical setup role, not just email copywriting. Scope of Work The freelancer will help with the following: Email Service Provider Setup Recommend and set up an ESP (MailerLite / Instantly / Smartlead or similar). Configure sending accounts. Domain & Authentication Setup Set up a dedicated sending domain. Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records correctly. Ensure proper DNS configuration. Email Warm-Up Process Set up automated warm-up tools. Gradually increase sending volume to protect domain reputation. Deliverability Optimization Ensure emails land in the inbox instead of spam. Test deliverability using tools like Mail Tester / GlockApps. Basic Automation Setup Set up simple email sequences for lead nurturing. Integrate with lead capture system if needed. Email List Migration (if required) Help safely migrate an existing list without damaging domain reputation.
