Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM & HubSpot Specialist to take full control of our HubSpot platform. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the crucial link between our marketing, sales, and client success teams, ensuring our HubSpot ecosystem is optimized, our data remains pristine, and our automation processes lead to tangible growth. The perfect candidate will not only be a proficient user but also an architect capable of designing scalable workflows and transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- **HubSpot Architecture:** Design and manage the technical framework of HubSpot (CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs) to align with our business objectives.
- **Automation and Workflow Management:** Create and oversee advanced automation systems for lead scoring, nurturing, internal alerts, and client onboarding processes.
- **Data Quality Assurance:** Enforce rigorous data governance practices to maintain data cleanliness, manage deduplication, and ensure accurate property mapping.
- **Analytics and Reporting:** Build custom dashboards and in-depth reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and return on investment (ROI).
- **Integration Oversight:** Manage integrations between HubSpot and various third-party applications (including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gmail/Outlook, and Slack).
- **Lead Lifecycle Management:** Establish and oversee lead stages (Subscriber, Lead, MQL, SQL, Opportunity) to create a seamless journey from initial contact to closed deals.
- **Lead Scoring Development:** Construct and enhance predictive lead scoring models based on behavioral data (e.g., email interactions, website visits) and firmographic characteristics to prioritize high-value leads.
- **Campaign Creation:** Develop and implement marketing campaigns within HubSpot, encompassing landing pages, tracking URLs (UTMs), and automated email sequences.
- **Lead Assignment Strategy:** Design and manage automated lead assignment protocols, ensuring timely follow-up by sales teams on MQLs within set service level agreements (SLAs).
- **Targeted Database Segmentation:** Create dynamic active lists for tailored marketing efforts based on industry, persona, and engagement to boost conversion rates.
- **Attribution Analysis:** Manage multi-touch attribution reports to evaluate which marketing channels and campaigns yield the most valuable leads.
- **Team Training and Support:** Act as the internal "HubSpot Expert," providing training and resources to ensure effective use of the platform across all departments.
- **Newsletter Strategy and Management:** Oversee the complete process of our recurring newsletters, including content curation, design, and scheduling.
- **Email Marketing Enhancement:** Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, calls to action, and sending times to optimize open rates and engagement levels.
- **Content Repurposing:** Adapt successful newsletter content for LinkedIn posts and lead magnets to enhance top-of-funnel growth.
- **Nurture Sequence Development:** Create automated "Welcome" and "Re-engagement" email sequences to keep our brand present in the minds of cold or inactive leads.
- **Subscriber Base Expansion:** Implement strategies such as on-site pop-ups and gated content to continuously grow our newsletter subscriber list.
- **Brand Alignment:** Ensure that all marketing communications reflect our brand voice, particularly when engaging with HR professionals and C-suite executives.
**Core Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development**
- **Comprehensive Marketing Strategy:** Create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies (Email, LinkedIn, Content) aimed at attracting, engaging, and delighting B2B clients.
- **Content and Newsletter Leadership:** Manage the editorial calendar for our newsletters, handling everything from copywriting to layout design and performance evaluation.
- **Lead Generation Optimization:** Design and refine lead capture forms, landing pages, and automated lead magnets to convert website visitors into actionable leads.
- **Social Media and LinkedIn Management:** Oversee our corporate LinkedIn presence and lead generation initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- **Brand Voice and Communication:** Serve as the "editor-in-chief" for all outgoing communications, ensuring a professional and engaging tone, especially when targeting HR Directors and C-suite executives.
- **Event and Program Support:** Facilitate the digital promotion of corporate events (such as wellness workshops, webinars, or CSR initiatives) through automated invitation sequences and follow-up workflows.
