Overview We own a network of social media accounts across Twitter/X, Instagram, and LinkedIn in the AI, tech, and business niches. Combined reach is significant. We need an experienced automation engineer to build a fully autonomous content pipeline that tracks trending content, transforms it, and distributes it across our accounts — each operating as a distinct brand with its own voice, posting schedule, and content style. This is not a simple scheduling job. We need a proper system. What the system needs to do 1. Content Intelligence Monitor and score trending content in real time across sources including Twitter/X, Reddit, RSS feeds, newsletters, and news aggregators. Content should be ranked by virality velocity, not just engagement count. Focus niches: AI, tech, business, finance. 2. Content Transformation For each piece of source content, the system should rewrite and reformat it into platform-native output — X threads, Instagram carousels (text output for design), LinkedIn posts. Critically, each of our accounts has a distinct brand voice and persona. The system must apply the correct voice per account so that no two accounts ever look like they're run by the same operation. 3. Scheduling & Distribution Each account posts on its own schedule with variation built in — no uniform timing patterns that flag automation. Posts should go live via API or approved scheduling tools. All accounts across all platforms managed from a single dashboard or control layer. 4. Performance Loop Basic analytics feedback — what's performing, what isn't — fed back into content selection weighting so the system improves over time. Tech stack preference We're open to your recommendation but lean toward: n8n or Make.com as the orchestration layer, Claude or OpenAI API for content transformation, and native platform APIs or Buffer/Hypefury for distribution. If you have a better architecture, make the case. What we're looking for Proven experience building multi-account social media automation (please show examples) Strong understanding of LLM prompt engineering for brand voice differentiation Ability to build systems that don't look automated — natural variation in timing, format, and tone is essential Experience with API integrations across Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn Someone who can own this end-to-end and document it properly Deliverables Fully working automation pipeline Brand voice prompt library (one per account, built with our input) Admin dashboard or control layer to monitor, pause, or override posts Documentation and handover so our team can manage it ongoing Please include in your application: a brief description of a similar system you've built, your proposed tech stack, and a rough timeline.
