**Role:** Discord Systems & Automation Developer **Project:** Building the ultimate creator community for a large TikTok Live agency **Overview** FastTrack is one of the fastest-growing TikTok Live agencies in the UK with over 1,000 creators. We’re looking for someone technical and creative to help build a **high-performance Discord server** that becomes the central hub for our creators. This will not be a basic Discord server. The goal is to build something **powerful, automated, and engaging** where creators genuinely want to spend time. You will work alongside our tech lead (Rich) to build systems, automation, and integrations. --- **What you'll help build** * Advanced Discord server infrastructure for 1000+ creators * Custom bots and automated workflows * API integrations from platforms like TikTok Live data and other internal systems * Automated performance tracking and internal leagues * Creator ranking systems and rewards * Training hubs with embedded learning content * Trigger-based notifications and alerts * Smart role systems based on creator performance The goal is to create a **next-level creator ecosystem**, not just a chat server. --- **What we're looking for** Someone who: * Understands Discord deeply (bots, roles, permissions, structure) * Has experience with **automation and API integrations** * Can build or customise **Discord bots** * Is comfortable working with **webhooks and system triggers** * Can **suggest ideas and improvements**, not just follow instructions * Enjoys building systems that scale You’ll be working closely with our internal tech developer to bring the system to life. --- **Bonus if you have experience with** * Discord.js / Python bots * Webhooks / API integrations * Automation platforms * Community gamification systems
