We are looking for a Momence expert to urgently help audit, optimize, and build automated client communication sequences for a boutique yoga studio. The goal is to improve the student onboarding experience and convert new visitors into long-term members. This project includes reviewing our existing sequences, identifying gaps, and building new automation flows within Momence that guide students from their first interaction with the studio through membership conversion. This is a time-sensitive project with a phased approach and clear deadlines. Project Phases & Priorities Phase 1 (Priority – Needed by Early Next Week) Build a First Class / Workshop Attendee Sequence with the following functionality: Pre-Visit Welcome Automated welcome email sent after a student books their first class or workshop Email should prepare students for their first visit (arrival time, what to bring, studio etiquette, etc.) Internal Admin Alert Trigger an internal notification to studio admins when a student is attending their first class This alert will prompt the team to schedule an Intentional Intake so the student can be greeted warmly and professionally oriented when they arrive Post-Visit Follow-Up Follow-up emails encouraging return visits Studio education (class styles, teachers, community) Conversion pathway into intro offers or memberships Phase 2 Conduct a full audit of current Momence sequences, including: Reviewing existing automations and email sequences Identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities Recommending improvements to the client journey and conversion flow Phase 3 Build a Free Trial / Complimentary Class Conversion Funnel: Immediate post-class follow-up New client introduction series Nurture sequence highlighting the benefits of regular practice Conversion into intro offers or memberships Phase 4 (Optimization & Growth Sequences – Completed by End of Month) Additional automation builds and improvements such as: Referral optimization sequence Campaign-based sequences (events, workshops, promotions) Additional lifecycle automations to support student retention and membership growth Ideal Candidate Strong experience working with Momence CRM Experience building email automation and lifecycle marketing sequences Familiarity with fitness, yoga, or wellness studio client journeys Strategic thinker who can recommend improvements—not just execute tasks Able to work quickly and communicate clearly due to the urgent timeline Timeline Phase 1 completed by early next week Remaining phases completed by end of month To Apply Please include: Your experience with Momence or similar CRM platforms Examples of automation sequences or funnels you’ve built Your availability to begin immediately and meet the project timeline
