Description: We need an experienced financial modeler to calculate the Facilities & Administrative (F&A) rate for the University of Adelaide using 2025 financial data. This is a straightforward indirect cost/overhead calculation — no dashboards or visuals required. You will be provided with a Word document containing full step-by-step instructions, including the required data, methodology, and deliverables. The goal is to produce a reliable, auditable F&A rate, ideally around 69–70%, consistent with prior years. Key Requirements: Strong Excel skills, including formulas and basic data mapping. Ability to follow detailed instructions and produce accurate, transparent calculations. Previous experience with cost allocation, overhead, or university finance is a plus. Deliverable: An Excel file showing all calculations and assumptions clearly, with a summary sheet of the overall 2025 F&A rate (and optionally by Faculty/Division).
