We are seeking an experienced Zapier integration specialist to help connect QuickBooks with Tend, a farming management application. This project will enable automated invoice creation, payment tracking, and inventory reporting to streamline our farm operations and accounting workflow. Project Overview: Tend App: Tracks farming operations, including seed-to-harvest inventory and produce value. QuickBooks: Handles invoice sending and payment tracking. Goal: Ensure invoices generated in Tend are sent via QuickBooks, and payment status is synced back to Tend. Method: Bilateral integration via Zapier. Responsibilities: Set up Zapier workflows to integrate Tend and QuickBooks. Automate invoice creation and sending via QuickBooks. Sync payment status back to Tend once invoices are fulfilled. Test workflows with project team to ensure accuracy and reporting reliability. Provide documentation and guidance for team members to manage the integration moving forward. Requirements: Proven experience with Zapier integrations. Strong understanding of QuickBooks workflows and API capabilities. Familiarity with farm management or inventory tracking software is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and explain technical solutions clearly.
