Milestone 1 – GUI-03 Analysis Layer Setup In this phase, the freelancer will begin building the AI analysis layer inside my existing Make.com automation. The work involves inserting an OpenAI/GUI-03 analysis module between the webhook and the Airtable update step in the current scenario. The freelancer will configure the model prompt to return strict structured JSON output and define the JSON schema for the analysis results (fit score, fit category, alignment strengths, alignment gaps, risk flags, recommended next step, and narrative summary). The freelancer will also configure the JSON parsing structure in Make and prepare the data mapping so the analysis results can be connected back to the correct Airtable record using the existing record_id. This milestone focuses on establishing the core analysis infrastructure that will allow the system to evaluate funder data before writing structured results back into Airtable.
