Give producers and engineers instant, data-driven insights inside the tools they already use, especially Slack and Microsoft 365. Role We are hiring a driven graduate to help build and maintain smart internal systems that connect our tools and teams. This is a practical role. You will ship working automations. You will document what you build. You will make life easier for all. What you will build • A Slack-centred operations assistant that can answer questions and post daily briefings. • Daily forecast intelligence from Excel and SharePoint, including deltas, drops, holes, and risks. • Schedule checks against CETA to flag utilisation issues and mismatches vs forecast. • Outlook support for calendar clashes and basic email triage. • Clear approval flows in Slack before anything changes a booking. Core responsibilities • Build and improve integrations between tools using no-code and low-code methods. • Work with REST APIs and webhooks. Create clean JSON payloads. • Write small Python utilities when needed for parsing, validation, or data transforms. • Design structured data tables so the system stays auditable and reliable. • Create prompts and evaluation patterns for LLM-assisted summaries and prioritisation. • Implement basic security and access boundaries. • Write documentation that a non-technical team can follow. • Create handover notes and short Loom videos for every system you ship. Skills we are looking for Must have • Comfort with JSON and REST APIs. • Basic Python competence. • Comfortable using CLI tools (UNIX or Windows). • Strong written communication. You can explain systems clearly. • You care about reliability, logging, and traceability. Strong plus • Large Language Models and prompt engineering. • Zapier, Make, n8n, or Power Automate experience. • Slack app workflows, message formatting, approvals. • Microsoft 365 integrations. Outlook, Excel, SharePoint. • Security and compliance awareness. Permissions, least privilege, audit logs. • Infrastructure basics. Auth, secrets, environments, rate limits.
