We are currently developing an innovative wearable product concept for kids, ages 8–12, with sensory needs. Our goal is to build something that genuinely helps with regulation and focus, rather than becoming another distraction. We are looking for a high-level Media Strategist/Growth Marketer to lead the strategy and execution of our demand generation and capture efforts. We are looking to move faster and leaner than traditional agencies, so we are specifically looking for a freelancer who has deep media domain expertise but has fully "automated" the heavy lifting. You should be someone who uses AI to handle the bulk of creative production (ads/video/copy) and campaign management. The Scope of Work: Strategy (The "What" & "Why"): Define our demand generation and capture strategy. Identify the right media mix and budget allocation. Creative (AI-Powered): Develop high-performing ad creatives (static and video) using AI tools. You should be able to iterate on hooks and visual styles rapidly without a 2-week production cycle. Execution (The "How"): Build out the campaign structures across relevant platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Google, etc.) and manage the ongoing optimization. What We Are Looking For: Domain Expertise: You have a proven track record of managing paid media budgets and understand the nuances of the "Demand Gen vs. Demand Capture" framework. AI-Native Workflow: You must be proficient in the "new era" of marketing. We expect you to use tools (like Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Claude/GPT-4, etc.) to produce professional-grade creative and copy at a fraction of traditional agency costs. Data-Driven: Ability to provide clear reporting on CAC, ROAS, and pipeline impact. Lean & Fast: You should be able to pivot and test new angles weekly.
