ob Title: Senior AI Automation Engineer – OpenClaw / AI Agents / Workflow Automation Overview We are building an AI-driven automation system to run major parts of our company operations using AI agents. The system will automate: • inbound lead handling • email responses and follow-ups • meeting scheduling • CRM updates • proposal preparation workflows • vendor outreach and RFP processes • internal project coordination Our objective is to build a reliable agent-based automation system that can significantly reduce manual operational work. This system will initially be built for our internal business but may later evolve into a reusable automation framework that can be deployed for other companies. We are looking for an engineer who has real experience building AI automation systems or agent-based workflows, not just basic chatbot integrations. Primary Responsibilities You will help design and implement an AI agent architecture capable of operating inside our workflows. Agents will assist with tasks such as: Lead Handling • Monitoring inbound email or lead sources • Drafting responses • Following up automatically • Scheduling meetings • Updating CRM records Sales Workflow Support • Tracking meetings • Following up on proposals • Managing communication threads • Sending collateral Proposal Workflow • Receiving project inputs • Populating financial models • Generating proposal documents • Sending for internal approval Operations / Vendor Coordination • Sending NDAs • Sending standardized RFPs • Collecting vendor responses • Creating comparison summaries Internal Oversight • Building an “Integrator Agent” inspired by the EOS framework that monitors processes and ensures tasks are being completed. Technical Scope The developer will assist with designing and implementing: 1. AI Agent Architecture A modular agent framework including: • Lead Intake Agent • Email Communication Agent • Scheduling Agent • CRM Update Agent • Proposal Assistant Agent • Vendor / RFP Agent • Integrator Monitoring Agent Agents should communicate through structured workflows rather than operating independently. 2. Automation Workflows Examples include: Inbound Lead Automation Detect inbound message Draft response Follow-up sequence if no reply Schedule meeting Update CRM Escalate to human if necessary Proposal Automation Receive project inputs Populate financial model Generate proposal Route for approval Deliver to client Operations Automation Trigger vendor outreach Send NDA Send RFP Collect responses Generate comparison report 3. System Integrations The system will connect with tools such as: • Zoho One (CRM) • Email systems • Calendar systems • Excel / financial modeling tools • Document generation tools • Vendor communication workflows Whenever possible, API integrations should be used rather than browser automation. 4. Reusable Automation Framework A key objective of this project is building a system that can later be reused for other companies. This means creating: • modular agents • configurable workflows • reusable automation templates • logging and error handling systems Infrastructure The system may run on: • cloud infrastructure or a virtual Mac Mini environment • leading AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic • containerized deployments (Docker preferred) Expected Deliverables • System architecture plan • Agent framework setup • Core automation workflows • Integration with CRM and communication systems • Documentation and deployment instructions • Recommendations for scaling Potential ongoing work after initial deployment.
