I would like to know if you build the below Scope of Work The engagement covers the following workflow modules: • Webhook Security & Authentication: Configure secure webhook endpoints with HMAC validation, IP whitelisting, and token-based auth for all inbound triggers. • Slack Integration Hub: Build bi-directional Slack workflows – slash commands, channel-based triggers, interactive message actions, and automated reporting to designated channels. • Claude AI Reasoning Nodes: Implement Claude API calls within n8n workflows for intelligent document parsing, supplier communication drafting, procurement decision support, and data enrichment. • Google Workspace Automation: Automate Gmail triage, Google Sheets data sync, Google Drive document management, and Calendar scheduling workflows. • WhatsApp Business Flows: Configure WhatsApp Cloud API integration for automated B2B trade communications (order confirmations, delivery updates, price inquiries). • Data Pipeline & Enrichment: Build ETL workflows that pull from external APIs (market prices, shipping rates, regulatory databases) and feed structured data into decision-making workflows. • Error Handling & Monitoring: Implement comprehensive error handling, retry logic, dead-letter queues, and Slack-based alerting for workflow failures. Deliverables Per Milestone 1. Milestone 1 – Foundation: Secured webhook infrastructure + Slack command center (5–7 workflows) 2. Milestone 2 – AI Core: Claude AI integration nodes with prompt templates and response routing (4–6 workflows) 3. Milestone 3 – Comms Layer: Google Workspace + WhatsApp automation suite (5–8 workflows) 4. Milestone 4 – Intelligence: Data pipelines, monitoring, and full system integration testing ⚠ Each milestone includes documentation, a recorded walkthrough, and a handover session. Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years hands-on experience building production workflows in n8n (Cloud or self-hosted) • Demonstrated experience integrating LLM APIs (Claude/Anthropic preferred, OpenAI acceptable) • Strong understanding of webhook architecture, OAuth2 flows, and API security best practices • Experience with Slack API (slash commands, interactive components, Block Kit) • Google Workspace API integration (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) • WhatsApp Business Cloud API or similar messaging platform automation • Error handling patterns: retry logic, circuit breakers, dead-letter queues in n8n • Clean workflow design with proper naming conventions, sub-workflows, and documentation
