We are seeking an experienced **Email Re-Engagement Specialist** to help us strategically re-engage a database of 40,000+ contacts through a focused, compliant, and results-driven email campaign. This is not a “blast and hope” project. We’re looking for someone who understands deliverability, segmentation, psychology, and performance optimization — and can turn a dormant list into meaningful engagement. --- ### Project Overview You will design and execute a complete re-engagement strategy, including: * Database audit and segmentation strategy * Deliverability review and domain/IP warming guidance (if required) * Re-engagement sequence planning (3–6 emails minimum) * Subject line and copywriting * Automation setup inside our ESP * A/B testing strategy * List hygiene recommendations (sunsetting inactive contacts properly) * Performance reporting and optimization Our goal is to: * Reactivate cold subscribers * Improve engagement metrics * Clean and protect sender reputation * Identify high-value, re-engaged segments --- ### You Should Have * Proven experience running large-scale re-engagement campaigns (20k+ lists preferred) * Strong understanding of deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC * Experience with major ESPs (e.g., Keap, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) * Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation * Clear reporting process and performance benchmarks * Knowledge of GDPR / UK data compliance best practices --- ### Deliverables * Clear re-engagement strategy document * Full email sequence (copy + structure) * Segmentation framework * Implementation inside our email platform * Final performance report with recommendations --- ### Timeline We’d like to begin within the next 2–4 weeks.
