About the project We are looking for an experienced Odoo website developer with strong UX/UI design capabilities to migrate and redesign our current website. Our current site runs on WordPress using ACF. While functional, it has several limitations: • Design quality is inconsistent • Performance is not where it should be • We depend on developers for small design changes • The UX on desktop and mobile needs improvement Our goal is to migrate the site to Odoo Website and create a modern, high-quality website that reflects the standards of a contemporary technology company. Important: this project is not just a technical migration. We expect a significant upgrade in design quality, performance and usability. The design should feel modern and forward-looking while also showing real people using the technology. Scope of work 1 Website migration Migration of the existing WordPress website to Odoo Website Builder. This includes: • landing pages • product pages • blog / articles • forms and lead capture • SEO structure SEO rankings should be preserved where possible. 2 UX/UI redesign We expect a significant improvement in visual quality and usability. This includes: • clear visual hierarchy • strong typography and spacing • excellent mobile experience • modern layouts • conversion-focused page structure 3 Performance optimization The new website must be fast and technically clean. Requirements: • strong Google PageSpeed performance • optimized images and assets • minimal unnecessary scripts • efficient Odoo implementation 4 Maintainability One of the reasons we are leaving WordPress is dependency on developers. Our internal team should be able to: • create new pages • edit content • update layouts where possible • manage forms and landing pages Without needing a developer for simple changes. 5 Odoo integration The website should integrate with the Odoo ecosystem.
