The Mission: Scale our corporate event bookings (holiday parties, business dinners, buyouts) by identifying and engaging decision-makers via automated Apollo sequences. Key Responsibilities: Targeting: Build precise lead lists in Apollo (Office Managers, EAs, HR, Event Planners) using advanced filters and intent data. Automation: Set up and A/B test multi-step email sequences. Deliverability: Manage technical setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and email warming to ensure high inbox placement. Optimization: Provide weekly reporting on open/reply rates and lead quality. Requirements: Expert Level Apollo.io: Deep knowledge of search, sequences, and analytics. Technical Proficiency: Proven track record in managing email deliverability and domain health. Data-Driven: Ability to iterate based on performance metrics to maximize "warm" replies.
