Hi, we’ve been using Zoho CRM for about a year and the system is already set up and running. What we’re looking for now is someone experienced with Zoho to help us optimize it. We’d like to review and update our sales pipeline, improve or create some automations, and fine-tune a few workflows so we can get more value out of the CRM and manage our leads more efficiently. This is not a full implementation — more of an optimization and cleanup of the current setup. We’d prefer to hire someone on an hourly basis to review what we currently have and help us make the necessary improvements.
