We are a boutique real estate team operating under Compass with a focus on the Catskills, Hudson Valley, and Costa Rica markets. We generate leads from multiple channels including our website, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns. We are looking for a highly experienced automation specialist to design and implement a lead intake and routing system using Zapier (or Make) that integrates with the Compass CRM. The goal is to create a reliable and largely hands-off system that captures leads, categorizes them, assigns them to agents, and tracks follow-up activity. Scope of Work Design and implement a lead routing and automation system including: • Integration of multiple lead sources (website forms, email referrals, social media leads) • Lead data standardization and formatting • Automatic lead categorization based on rules • Agent assignment logic (round robin and category-based routing) • Creation of contacts in Compass CRM • SMS and Slack notifications for new leads • Follow-up tracking and response-time monitoring • Escalation if leads are not contacted within defined timeframes Key Deliverables Fully functional Zapier automation workflows Documentation explaining how the system works Ability for our team to modify routing rules in the future Testing and debugging of all integrations Required Experience • Extensive experience with Zapier or Make • CRM integrations (experience with real estate CRMs preferred) • Experience building lead routing systems • Ability to design clean, scalable automation workflows • Strong documentation and communication skills Nice to Have • Experience working with real estate teams or brokerages • Familiarity with Twilio, Slack integrations, and webhook-based form systems Project Scope This is initially a project-based engagement with the possibility of ongoing work for future automation projects.
