We are a Citizenship by Investment and real estate business targeting high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals globally. We are seeking a senior, proven lead generation professional with experience in luxury real estate, private banking, wealth management, investment migration, or comparable HNW focused sectors. This is not an entry level role. We require someone who can design, execute, and optimise a full funnel, from paid traffic to qualified leads, integrated into a robust CRM system. Scope of Work 1. Lead Generation Strategy • Design a compliant lead generation strategy targeting HNW and UHNW individuals. • Identify optimal channels, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, native ads, or other suitable platforms. • Define targeting logic, geographies, demographics, interests, and lookalike audiences. • Align messaging with luxury, discretion, trust, and regulatory sensitivity across CBI and real estate offerings. 2. Paid Advertising Execution • Create and manage paid ad campaigns end to end for both CBI and high value real estate. • Write and test ad copy suitable for luxury property and financial services audiences. • Develop creative briefs or creatives if capable. • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and optimisation. • Track CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality, not just volume. 3. CRM Setup and Funnel Design • Set up or optimise a CRM suitable for financial services and luxury real estate lead management. • Build lead capture forms, landing pages, and integrations. • Design pipelines from cold lead to qualified prospect to closed client. • Implement tagging, scoring, automation, and follow up workflows. • Ensure data hygiene, GDPR awareness, and best practice compliance. 4. Reporting and Optimisation • Provide clear weekly reporting on spend, leads, CPL, quality, and conversions. • Identify what is working and what is not. • Continuously optimise campaigns and funnels based on data. Required Experience • Demonstrable experience generating leads for luxury real estate, financial services, private wealth, or HNW focused offerings. • Strong paid ads experience across at least one major platform. • Hands on CRM experience, HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar. • Understanding of compliance constraints in financial services and property marketing. • Ability to qualify leads, not just generate volume. Nice to Have • Experience with Citizenship by Investment or Residency by Investment programmes. • Experience selling high value or branded real estate developments. • Experience marketing to Middle East, Africa, Asia, UK, or US HNW audiences. • Copywriting skills suitable for discreet, premium offerings. Engagement Structure • Initial setup project, strategy, ads, CRM, funnels. • Ongoing monthly retainer for campaign management and optimisation. • Performance focused mindset, quality over quantity.
