We are looking for a highly experienced Zoho CRM / Zoho Desk specialist to optimize and automate our current Zoho setup for a small Dubai-based international luxury jewelry e-commerce brand. Our business handles leads and customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram DM, website chat (SalesIQ), and email, all connected to Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM. Our current system works but suffers from duplicate records, inconsistent phone formatting, and inefficient lead creation logic. We need an expert to redesign several workflows and implement reliable automation. The work will include Zoho CRM workflows, Zoho Desk automation, custom Deluge functions, API usage, and system architecture improvements. The objective is to create a clean, reliable, scalable CRM pipeline with accurate deduplication and automation across all channels.
