Role Overview We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own the entire marketing function, from strategy and planning through to execution and optimisation. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on — able to design campaigns, manage brand presence, generate leads, and execute marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. You will work directly with the founders to build the marketing engine of the company, helping drive international investor interest in Dubai property and related financial services. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy • Build marketing funnels targeting international investors and HNW clients • Identify key markets such as Europe, CIS, Africa, Middle East and Asia • Define campaign messaging around Dubai real estate, investment migration and cross-border finance Lead Generation • Generate qualified leads for Dubai property investors • Build funnels targeting: Crypto investors HNW individuals International property investors Expats relocating to Dubai • Manage paid and organic acquisition channels Social Media Management • Manage company presence on: LinkedIn Instagram YouTube X (Twitter) Telegram communities • Plan and publish consistent branded content • Create social media campaigns promoting Dubai investment opportunities Content Creation Develop and manage content including: • LinkedIn posts • Instagram reels and short videos • Educational real estate and finance content • Blog articles and SEO content • Investor guides • Email marketing campaigns • Landing pages and lead magnets Paid Advertising • Manage paid campaigns across: Google Ads Meta (Facebook/Instagram) LinkedIn Ads YouTube Ads • Build and optimise lead generation campaigns • Manage budget and ROI tracking SEO & Website Optimisation • Implement SEO strategies for keywords related to: Dubai property investment Golden visa real estate for crypto investors international real estate investment • Improve website performance and organic traffic Analytics & Performance Tracking • Track campaign performance and KPIs • Provide regular marketing reports • Optimise campaigns based on data Required Skills We are looking for someone with experience in high-end international marketing, ideally within real estate, fintech, finance, crypto, or investment industries.
