While we are UK-based with a UK focus, however our digital presence attracts a global audience. Core Offerings: 1:1 Coaching Online Membership Channels: Primary lead generation occurs via Google Search, and LinkedIn + Instagram. 2. Project Objective We are looking for a HubSpot expert to audit, optimise, and manage our CRM/Sales and Marketing Hub. The goal is to ensure our sales pipelines for coaching programmes are seamless, and automated, which are already set up but not live. For Marketing - we have the full marketing suite and want to use and maximise newsletters, social media, funnels and lead generation. 3. Desired Freelancer Profile Proven experience with Hubspot - Sales Hub and Marketing Hub Coaching Industry Experience: Ideally understand the coaching sales/ onboarding process - not essential - just helpful. Empathy-Led Technicality: Ability to write and build systems that don't feel "spammy" or overwhelming (essential for our ADHD audience). 4. Timing Start as soon as possible. We would work out priorities and first stage project hours to deliver, then an ongoing retainer for ongoing support.
