Role: Go High Level (GHL) Implementations Specialist Location: Remote – Philippines Engagement: Part-time (10–15 hours per week to start, with potential to scale) Role Overview The basics of our GHL profile have already been built, including some existing automations. We’re looking for a specialist who can manage, optimise, and strategically improve our pipelines, automations, and workflows across the full customer journey (lead capture → nurture → booking → handover → follow-up). Key Responsibilities -Manage and optimise GHL pipelines, automations, and workflows -Set up and refine email, SMS, and task automations aligned with our sales process -Integrate GHL with website forms, calendars, and ad platforms -Troubleshoot issues promptly (missed triggers, broken workflows, reporting gaps) -Document SOPs to ensure processes are clear, scalable, and easy for future team members to follow -Support reporting and visibility on lead status, conversions, and drop-off points Experience Level We’re looking for advanced GHL experience — someone who doesn’t just “use” GHL, but truly understands: -Complex automations -Multi-stage pipelines -Conditional logic -Custom fields, tags, triggers, and workflows -Best-practice CRM architecture This is not an entry-level VA role. We need a specialist who can think strategically and execute cleanly.
