We are building a pilot “Newly Incorporated Companies Activation Agent” to identify and activate newly registered businesses in the United States. The goal of this project is to collect and process newly incorporated company data from selected U.S. states (for example Delaware, Florida, Washington and others), segment companies based on predefined business categories, enrich the data, and prepare qualified leads for automated outreach campaigns. The system should be able to: • Collect newly registered business data from public sources, APIs, or structured datasets (state registries, business listings, etc.) • Filter and segment companies based on specific categories (e.g. consulting firms, professional services, B2B software, advisory firms, etc.) • Clean and structure the data • Enrich company records (domain detection, website, email patterns if available, etc.) • Score or qualify leads based on predefined criteria • Export the qualified leads into a structured dataset ready for outreach automation tools This is a pilot project, so we are looking for a pragmatic approach that can be implemented relatively quickly and iterated over time. Experience with data collection, APIs, web scraping, data enrichment, and automation pipelines is preferred.
