We are an e-commerce company selling personalized caricatures and portraits across multiple markets. We want to implement Bitrix24 as our central CRM. Our custom CRM will continue handling production and logistics, so Bitrix24 and our system must be connected via API and communicate with each other (two-way integration). Project Scope • Integrate multiple order sources (WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Custom CMS, Bitrix forms) • Automatically create Deals from orders with mapped fields and UTM data • Upload customer photos automatically to OneDrive and link them to the Deal • Configure a production pipeline (order → production → preview → approval → delivery) • Implement preview approval workflow (approve / request changes) • Support order changes and upsells with proper change tracking • Automate emails and internal tasks based on deal status • Build reports and dashboards for sales, marketing and operations • Implement two-way synchronization between Bitrix24 and our custom CRM Critical Requirements The integrator must have experience with: • Bitrix24 CRM pipelines, automation and Smart Processes • Bitrix24 REST API and webhooks • API integrations using JSON • Strong programming experience with PHP • Building reliable integrations or middleware (handling retries, logging, preventing duplicates) • Experience with popular e-commerce platforms or CMS systems • Cloud storage APIs (OneDrive / Google Drive) Please include examples of Bitrix24 integration projects, your technical approach, and timeline estimate.
