Summary Oguz Law is a U.S.-based immigration law firm serving Turkish-speaking clients across the United States. We are looking for an experienced freelancer to set up and optimize WhatsApp Business and Kommo CRM to streamline our client communication and lead management processes. We are seeking someone who has hands-on experience integrating WhatsApp Business with Kommo CRM and building automated workflows for professional service firms (legal or consulting experience is a plus). Scope of Work Set up and optimize WhatsApp Business (Business API preferred), Integrate WhatsApp with Kommo CRM Configure: Automated responses, Lead routing & tagging, Sales pipelines, Contact segmentation, Internal notifications Create structured CRM pipeline for: New immigration leads, Consultation bookings, Document collection, Ongoing cases, Set up automation workflows (follow-ups, reminders, status updates), Ensure compliance-friendly setup suitable for a law firm, Provide short documentation or Loom video explaining the system, Ideal Candidate, Proven experience with Kommo CRM, Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API integration, Experience working with law firms or service-based businesses (preferred), Strong understanding of automation, sales funnels, and CRM structuring, Ability to suggest best practices, Good English communication skills (Turkish is a plus but not required)
