Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and highly efficient bookkeeper based in the Philippines to help prepare our 2025 financial records so they are ready to hand off to our CPA for tax filing. This is a project-based role focused on organizing and finalizing 2025 records, with the possibility of ongoing bookkeeping work in the future based on performance and business needs. We operate several businesses, each with its own separate bank account. You will not need direct access to our bank accounts—we have already downloaded all raw 2025 bank transaction data for each entity. What you will do: Review all raw 2025 bank transaction downloads. Accurately categorize transactions for each business entity. Reconcile and organize records properly. Generate final financial statements for each entity: Profit & Loss Statement Balance Sheet Ensure records are clean and CPA-ready. What we will provide: All downloaded 2025 bank transaction data. Prior-year financial statements as a clear reference guide for categorization and structure. Requirements: Based in the Philippines (preferred). Strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles. Experience preparing CPA-ready financial statements. AI/Automation experience required: Ability to use AI tools, automation, or advanced spreadsheet systems to streamline categorization and reduce manual data entry. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Clear and professional communication.
