The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building, deploying, and optimizing AI-powered automation systems using Claude (Anthropic), APIs, and related tools. Responsibilities: Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows using Claude Integrate Claude API with our existing systems (CRM, email, project management tools, etc.) Build prompt frameworks and structured outputs for reliable automation Optimize prompts for accuracy, consistency, and cost-efficiency Develop workflows for tasks such as content generation, document processing, summarization, data extraction, reporting, and customer communication Implement safeguards, validation layers, and quality control mechanisms Document processes and provide knowledge transfer
