We’re looking for a competent, detail-oriented HubSpot Expert (VA) to support our CRM setup, automations, and marketing workflows on a contract / project basis. You must be experienced in: • HubSpot (REQUIRED — must be HubSpot Certified) • Building and managing workflows inside HubSpot • CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and reporting • Zapier automations (preferred) • Circle.so platform management (preferred) • Using AI tools to improve efficiency and execution This role is for someone who is systems-minded, proactive, and highly organized — not basic data entry work. Requirements: • HubSpot Certified (REQUIRED — include proof) • Proven hands-on HubSpot experience • Strong understanding of automations and workflows • Experience with Zapier (preferred) • Experience with Circle.so (preferred) • Available during EST time zone • Fast turnaround • Reliable and consistent • High attention to detail Project Details: • Contract / project-based role • Potential for additional projects based on performance • Immediate start preferred Nice to Have: • Experience supporting online education or coaching businesses • Experience with marketing automation and lifecycle emails • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows To apply: Send your portfolio or examples of HubSpot work upfront.
