We are a high-end residential architecture firm building a structured AI-driven operational system inside our self-hosted n8n instance. This is NOT a basic Zapier-style automation job. We are building a multi-stage workflow engine with: - AI structured JSON enforcement - Airtable relational “control plane” - Stage-gate logic - Risk + punchlist tracking - Permit review forecasting - Logging + auditability We need an experienced n8n engineer who understands system architecture. Scope of Work You will: - Design a master orchestration workflow - Build modular sub-workflows (10 project stages) - Enforce strict AI JSON schema outputs - Design relational Airtable schema - Implement error handling + retry logic - Create logging system for every AI run - Integrate Slack/email notifications - Document the system clearly Required Experience Must have: - Advanced n8n (sub-workflows, Execute Workflow node, Function nodes, error handling) - API + JSON manipulation skills - OpenAI / LLM structured output enforcement - Airtable relational database design - Production-grade workflow stability practices - If you’ve only built simple automations, this is not the right fit.
