Overview: We are a fast-growing marketing agency managing 30+ active clients and are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel Technical Specialist to join our team full-time. This is NOT a beginner VA position. We need someone who deeply understands GoHighLevel and can independently manage funnels, automations, payment systems, and technical setups without constant supervision. If you are someone who has real hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and can solve technical problems confidently, this role is for you. 🎯 Responsibilities You will be responsible for: - Building and optimizing funnels inside GoHighLevel - Creating and managing advanced automations/workflows - Setting up Stripe and PayPal integrations - Creating products, invoices, and payment systems - Setting up agreements and contract automations - Handling A2P 10DLC registrations and compliance - Managing pipelines and CRM structures - Troubleshooting technical issues quickly - Working with custom HTML/CSS sections inside funnels - Connecting domains and managing DNS (if needed) - Ensuring smooth client onboarding setups You must be able to execute tasks independently and suggest improvements when needed. ✅ Required Experience - Minimum 2+ years working with GoHighLevel - Strong understanding of workflows and automation logic - Experience setting up Stripe and payment systems - Experience handling A2P campaign submissions - Fluent English (written and spoken) - Ability to work full-time - High attention to detail - Strong problem-solving mindset - Ability to follow structured systems and SOPs ➕ Bonus (Nice to Have) - Facebook Business Manager setup experience - Pixel and tracking setup knowledge - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge - Zapier or API integration experience - Experience working in a marketing agency environment 💼 What We Offer - Long-term, stable full-time position - Work with a fast-growing agency - Clear systems and processes - Growth opportunity into a technical leadership role - Competitive salary based on experience 💰 Compensation $500–$800 per month depending on experience and skill level.
