We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage targeted B2B lead generation and appointment setting for our growing HR consulting and research firm.
This role focuses on identifying and reaching specific decision-makers at technology companies and converting outreach into qualified calendar appointments. You will operate within a structured system and be responsible for executing outreach consistently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and verify decision-makers at targeted HR technology companies
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other appropriate channels
- Personalize messaging while following approved templates and positioning
- Book qualified appointments directly onto our calendar using an established scheduling system
- Maintain clean, organized records in MondayCRM
- Track outreach metrics and provide weekly performance reporting
- Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups using Google Workspace
Tools & Systems:
- MondayCRM (pipeline management and tracking)
- Google Workspace (calendar, email, docs)
- LinkedIn
- Lead generation tool (must provide your own)

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B lead generation and/or appointment setting experience
- Experience targeting decision-makers in technology or SaaS companies
- Strong written English with the ability to communicate professionally with executives
- Comfortable working independently with clear performance metrics
- Highly organized and responsive
- Experience with CRM systems required (Monday.com preferred)
Performance Metrics
- Number of qualified appointments booked per month
- Response rate from outreach campaigns
- CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- Follow-up consistency
