We are seeking a senior-level paid media strategist to partner with us in designing and executing multi-channel acquisition systems across Google and Meta. This is not a basic campaign management role. We are looking for a strategic operator who understands full-funnel architecture, conversion optimization, tracking infrastructure, and scalable paid acquisition models. This engagement will begin as a strategic pilot phase with strong potential for long-term partnership. Initial Use Cases 1. Local Home Services Acquisition - Google Geo PPC campaign architecture and management - Meta advertising strategy and execution - Geo-targeting and competitor conquesting strategy - Funnel and landing page advisory - Conversion tracking setup and validation - Budget allocation modeling and scale planning - Primary objective: Build a scalable, predictable acquisition engine within a defined metro area. 2. Real Estate / Housing Ad Activation - Custom audience campaigns - Retargeting sequences - Compliance-aware housing category ad structure - County-level paid acquisition strategy - Lead generation funnel optimization Primary objective: Develop paid acquisition systems that can be deployed across multiple geographic markets. Responsibilities - Architect campaign structures for low-to-mid budget environments - Design full-funnel paid acquisition systems - Implement pixel and tracking frameworks for Meta and Google - Build custom audience and retargeting flows - Advise on conversion rate optimization - Provide structured reporting and performance analysis - Collaborate in a white-label capacity with CEAI leadership - Participate in strategic client calls alongside CEAI leadership during initial phases Required Qualifications - Minimum 5+ years hands-on paid media experience - Demonstrated success with local services or housing-related advertising - Strong expertise in: Google Ads including Search and Geo targeting Meta Ads Manager Custom audiences and retargeting Conversion tracking architecture Funnel strategy and landing page advisory - Understanding of Special Ad Category for Housing - Experience operating in white-label or agency partnership environments - Strong strategic communication skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience scaling campaigns from $1K to $10K+ monthly spend - Familiarity with subscription-based service models - Ability to model customer acquisition cost and projected ROI scenarios - Experience collaborating with development teams for conversion optimization Engagement Structure - This engagement will begin with a defined strategic pilot phase. - Long-term partnership potential is strong for the right candidate. - We are building a growth division inside Coastal Elements AI and are seeking someone interested in contributing to that foundation.
